Occupation: Witch
Nationality: Agatean
Citizenship: Morporkian
Gender: Female
She has long, straight, midnight hair and an extremely pale complexion and is often mistaken as a vampire from far. This has served to deter many people from approaching her. She reckons this is highly useful as it deters unsavoury characters and she never gets jostled in a crowd. She also bears a tattoo in dark ink of a long, sinuous and elegant dragon on her left leg.
Wen was only two when her parents moved to Ankh-Morpork from The Counterweight Continent.
She has had several offers of marriage from Black Ribboners in the city who frequently patronise her parent’s restaurant. To which her reply would always be that it may be the Century of the Fruitbat but there was absolutely no way she was going to marry someone a hundred years older than her.
Much to the dismay of her parents she has grown and adapted very well to Ankh-Morpork. She is fluent in Morporkian but butchers the Agatean language in any attempt to speak it. In her last letter to her relatives back in the Counterweight Continent, she requested for combs to hold her dark hair together. A month later, she received five bags of slightly decomposing fruit. She thinks that she should have written jumping fish, stone pillar, three flowers and not dead fish, open door, broken coins.
She much prefers Ankh-Morpork where you don't actually know what bits of animal you're getting in your meals and you get to finish it before your head falls off. Needless to say, she avoids the cooking of her parents whenever she can.
She is extremely self-assertive and relies heavily on her intuition which aids her well in her craft.
Her parents, following the footsteps of Twoflower, were the disc’s second and third tourists to Ankh-Morpork. Against all common sense they fell in love with the city, with the river you could walk on and where theft was part of normal city business, and set up a restaurant serving Agatean cuisine. The restaurant despite its extremely strange dishes attracted a wide range of clientele. C.M.O.T Dibbler is a close family friend, proving the adage that bird’s of a feather flock together.
