He drips slightly with every single movement, as if he crawled freshly out of the ocean. Thin lines of grey have nestled in his hairline, and his dark green eyes have gained that sparkle of wisdom that comes with time. Nevertheless, the mischievous grin of youth is settled on his face and you can't but help notice that he seems to have a constant tendency to leer at people, pets and small rocks.
Born on the Brown Islands where he grew up under the supervising eye of his elder brother Waterrat. This eventually led him to follow in his brother's footsteps and become a priest of Fish.
Unlike his brother however, he had bit of a violent streak in him. But this proved quite handy in establishing the presence of the Fish Triad during its early days. It also caused his early appointments as High Priest to be rather shortlived.
