He is young, around 20 years old and well-muscled, with half his head shaved. He moves with grace, and somehow manages to appear to be looking down on everyone, despite his lack of height.
Holding : a gilded ebony cane (left hand) and a black briefcase (right hand).
Wearing : a pair of black soft-soled boots, a black trenchcoat, a white tie, a white silk top hat and five silver rings.

Not much is known of his history. He arrived one day and declared himself leader of the Weapon Masters' Court. No one really noticed or cared. He is the sworn enemy of Keb Casaubon.
He formed the family "isn't nice" himself, and invited all those who wished to be known as "not nice" to join. So far, few have taken him up on that offer.
